The Bush administration is bearing down hard on Americans who travel to Cuba on vacation, and was being criticized for allocating more U.S. Treasury personnel to the Cuban embargo than were assigned to duties against Islamic terrorists. That’s in one article, from the Miami Herald. The other--a Wall Street Journal report--hints that those very Treasury investigators are being posted abroad and undercover to detect Americans trying to get to Cuba through the backdoor.
